In IVF use, failure to achieve 3 or more pregnancies despite high quality embryo transfer is considered repeated failure.The reasons that can cause IVF to fail generally include uterine disorders, abortion, adhesions after surgery, fibroids, polyps and various diseases. These can prevent the embryo from attaching in the uterus. Apart from these, blockages in the tube, inflammation, intra-abdominal adhesions and chocolate cysts can also lead to failure of IVF.In such a case, a chromosomal evaluation of males and females should be done. In this way, it should be investigated what the problem is and a method should be used to increase the number of embryos after the situation that caused the failure of IVF has been resolved.
